New York Nightlife Association Best Practices

10-05-11

This is their second edition of the document, "Best Practices for Nightlife Establishments", put out by the New York Nightlife Association but appears to be nearly totally written by the New York Police Department, at least thats what it appears based on the language of the document. For the second time, much like the first time, this new document has sparked discussion and caused operators around the country to shake their heads.

Read it for yourself. Take note they have added a considerable section on Terrorism Awareness. Not a bad idea but we are guessing it's gonna make anyone with experience in the hospitality industry to laugh a bit.
