Knowing and understanding the rules and regulations that govern the legal service of alcohol must be known by every security host. Not knowing the rules can be very dangerous for the employees and the owner. This course will provide several generic rules that are related to the sale of alcohol and the operation of a bar or club.
The points of law in this course are considered general laws that all states have statues surrounding. There may be many other rules and regulations that the staff must be aware of. It is important to remember that if you have specific legal questions, consult your liquor licensed specialist or attorney.
