This course is NOT for any in house guard or bouncer working in California. If you are a bar or club security guard in California, by law, you must take the California PSO Licensing course, not our National HOST course.
Our National HOST Training course is a basic entry level training course for any bouncer, in house security guard or other hospitality industry employee. It is totally video based and job specific to the duties and responsibilities of a bouncer.
Although we call this course "basic", it is extremely comprehensive and involved. The course contains researched educational information that can help any bar or club employee do their job safer and smarter. The course, if the material is used correctly, can help reduce violence, prevent injury to clients or employees, reduce law enforcement visits and even improve community relationships. Additionally, if the user truly reviews the material and watches the training videos with an open mind, they may see another way of doing business as a Door Host or Bouncer; perhaps a safer and smarter way.
